For Jayden's Fifth Birthday, we held an "Art Party" at the Templeman Art Studio.Jayden asked to decorate his own cake, which I was a big fan of. (It was much easier than doing it myself, and it probably looks better than what I could have done!)
For the activities, we had each guest design their own loot bag using brown paper bags and markers.
Then we made a small popsicle stick puppet and had an exciting "Rainbow Relay". Each guest lined up in one of two teams, armed with paints in each colour of the rainbow. The first person ran up to the poster to colour in red, then next orange, etc. Jayden was pretty proud to be on the winning team.
Jackson, however, might have held up his team a little while he was putting his finishing touches on.
Favourite presents included: art supplies, a magic kit, a remote control helicopter, and a wiggly sprinkler.
